Les Allen, is an Advanced Sea Kayak Instructor and Assessor. He has paddled over 30,000 kilometers in a variety of conditions, designed and built the West Coast 555 expedition sea kayak and now imports Tahe sea kayaks.
Jo Bulsing owns the company and is a new paddler. She brings a female and new paddlers perspective ensuring we don't have an elitist attitude to the boats we sell and our training.

How do we sell Kayaks at such incredibly low prices?
We are passionate sea paddlers who import kayaks direct from the manufacturer. We run a hobby business with no overheads so we need to make less money than shops who have rent and staff. So instead of paying over $4,000.00 you can buy a comparable kayak for under $3,000.00
Added to that we do training every second Saturday giving people the opportunity to paddle with instructors to learn skills and build confidence. So you buy a top of the range sea kayak at an incredibly low price and have people to paddle with.
